Vice President – Manager of the FNB of Chicago / Bank One ATM Deposit Processing Department, which was open 24/7 with 3 shifts/125 employees. The department processed $30 to $60 million of ATM deposits daily from over 700 ATMs. Managed a $250,000.00 remodeling project for the department. Reduced department losses by 6.6 million dollars in the first year by developing standards and reorganizing the department. Assisted all other ATM Deposit Processing Departments located in other states with their conversions to our system in Chicago.



Vice President - Area Coordinator for 14 NBD branches. I was responsible for branch operations, which consisted of: Teller Departments, ATM Balancing, and Security (included: security of the facilities, purchasing security equipment, fraud cases and fraud prevention.) I was Conversion Coordinator for ATMs and Deposit Systems (checking, savings, and certificate of deposits) at the corporate level and for my assigned branches.



Vice President – Cashier, Security Officer and Board of Directors Secretary of FNB of Highland Park. I was responsible for the Highland Park Branches’ Operations Divisions and Loan Accounting Department. Operations included: Tellers, Bookkeepers, Data Entry Operators, Check Filers, and the Deposit Systems Balancers. Other responsibilities included Fraud Prevention and Security of the facilities. I was the Conversion Coordinator for the Deposit Systems and Loan Accounting at the corporate level and for my assigned branches. I also assisted all of the corporation’s branches with any balancing issues of our deposit or loan systems.
