The Wildridge Neighborhood

Perched above Avon, Wildridge opens to phenomenal views of Beaver creek, Bachelors Gulch and Arrowhead, as well as the valley below. With its blend of single-family homes and duplexes, Wildridge is the neighborhood locals call home. It’s centrally located - about 8 minutes from I-70, yet it’s one of the only residential areas in the valley that you won’t hear highway noise. Lot sizes are comparatively larger than what’s available in most neighborhoods throughout the Vail Valley. Surrounded by open space, Wildridge offers multiple hiking trails, two pocket parks, a dog park and some of the most amazing sunsets. The Wildridge HOA is inactive and no HOA dues are collected for the WIldridge Subdivision. The Town of Avon maintains all roads and ditches, performs development review, issues building permits, and performs code enforcement activities.
